इस्तेमाल केलिए निर्देश

नाक से पानी की बोतल/नाक पंप: नोजल को नाक में डालें। जब तक आवश्यक हो नोजल को दबाते रहें, ताकि अतिरिक्त घोल नीचे चला जाए। एक मिनट के बाद अपनी नाक साफ करें और यदि आवश्यक हो तो प्रक्रिया को दोहराएं। उपयोग करने से पहले अच्छी तरह हिलाएं। नाक से स्प्रे: बोतल की नोक को एक नथुने में डालें और दूसरे नथुने को बंद करें और नथुने के किनारों की ओर स्प्रे करें। अपना सिर सीधा रखें और धीरे से सांस लें। दूसरे नथुने के लिए भी यही प्रक्रिया दोहराएं। नाक की बूंदें: कुर्सी पर बैठे या लेटते समय अपने सिर को पीछे की ओर झुकाएं। प्रभावित नथुने पर ड्रॉपर को रखें और बताई गई संख्या में बूंदें डालें। कुछ मिनटों के लिए अपना सिर झुकाए रखें।
