Alernyl LS Raspberry Flavour Expectorant contains Ambroxol, Guaiphenesin and Levosalbutamol. Ambroxol works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose and thus helps to cough out phlegm easily. Guaiphenesin increases the volume of fluid in the airways and helps to remove it from the airways. Levosalbutamol works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs.

If your child feels better, please consult your paediatrician before you stop giving Alernyl LS Raspberry Flavour Expectorant to your child.

It is advised not to miss any dose. However, if you forget to give a dose to your child, give it as soon as you remember, unless it is time for the next dose. But, do not double the dose to make up.
