Cranfit Tablet contains dietary supplements, namely: Cranberry extract and D-mannose (a type of sugar) used to prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs). Cranfit Tablet works by preventing certain kinds of bacteria from sticking to the urinary tract walls and causing infection. Cranfit Tablet is a non-antimicrobial combination to prevent UTIs. It is advised for prevention as long term use, unlike antibiotics which are mainly used for short term use and existing UTIs. Cranfit Tablet also avoids secondary infections, development resistance or side effects which may be possible with the use of antibiotics.
