You are recommended to avoid taking Deripen 77mg/23mg Tablet if you are allergic to theophylline, etofylline or are suffering from irregular heart rhythm, severe liver or kidney diseases or have a history of a heart attack. Inform your doctor if you have any of these conditions before taking Deripen 77mg/23mg Tablet.

You are not recommended to stop taking Deripen 77mg/23mg Tablet without consulting your doctor as it may worsen the condition or cause recurring symptoms.
