Avoid or limit the consumption of alcohol while taking Dlanz 60 mg Capsule 10's as it may lead to increased dizziness. Alcohol intake leads to increased production of stomach acid, thereby increases acidity and heartburn.

Diarrhea might be a side-effect of Dlanz 60 mg Capsule 10's. Drink lots of fluids and eat food rich in fiber. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience excess diarrhea consult your doctor. Prolonged intake of Dlanz 60 mg Capsule 10's is linked with a greater risk of diarrhea, so if you develop diarrhea that does not improve, immediately consult a doctor.
