It is also used to prevent migraine and hot flushes. Ericlon Tablet relaxes and widens the blood vessels making it easier for the heart to pump blood to all parts of the body. This helps in decreasing blood pressure and the risk of having a heart attack or stroke. Ericlon Tablet helps in treating ADHD by affecting the part of the brain, which controls impulsivity and attention. Ericlon Tablet may also be used alone or in combination with other medicines to treat post-operative pain, neuropathic pain, and chronic pain.

Do not be reluctant to speak with your doctor if you experience any difficulty while taking Ericlon Tablet.

Does Ericlon Tablet cause diarrhoea?

Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Ericlon Tablet. So, it is advisable to drink lots of fluids and eat non-spicy food if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or experience severe diarrhoea, consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.

Do I need to inform the doctor that I am using Ericlon Tablet before undergoing surgery?

You are advised to inform the doctor that you are taking Ericlon Tablet if you are due to undergo any surgery or medical procedure. Ericlon Tablet can be taken up to 4 hours before surgery. Try not to take it within the 4 hours before your surgery. However, you can restart it right away after surgery.

I am taking heart rate controlling medicines. Can I use Ericlon Tablet with them?

Combining heart rate-controlling drugs (like digoxin, epinephrine, diltiazem and verapamil) with Ericlon Tablet can slow your heart rate. So, consult any heart specialist or cardiologist before using both drugs together.
