Firam-250 Tablet contains 'Disulfiram', which belongs to 'Antabuse' used to treat alcohol dependence. It works by blocking an enzyme (acetaldehyde) that helps break alcohol in the body. An asthmatic patient, if already on cough-suppressing medications like diphenhydramine, is not recommended to take Firam-250 Tablet . Firam-250 Tablet and diphenhydramine are contraindicated and may result in harmful implications.
