Gestone 400 mg Capsule Substitute

Gestone 400 mg Capsule causes secretory changes in the uterine endometrium, relaxes the uterus, prevents follicle maturation, and helps to maintain pregnancy.

Do not use Gestone 400 mg Capsule if you are allergic to any of its components or if you have/had porphyria, breast or genital cancer, abnormal vaginal bleeding due to miscarriage or missed abortion, blood clots or stroke, liver disease or abnormal liver tests.

Abnormal uterine bleeding, irregular or missed periods (amenorrhea), abdominal pain during pregnancy and frequent miscarriages are the signs of low progesterone. Additionally, low progesterone levels lead to high estrogen levels, and women can have decreased sex drive, weight gain or gallbladder problems.

Gestone 400 mg Capsule may cause vaginal spotting, vaginal irritation, or application site reactions. Consult your doctor if the condition persists or worsens.
