Impraz L Capsule SR is a combination of two drugs, namely: Esomeprazole (proton pump inhibitor) and Levosulpiride (prokinetic agent). Esomeprazole works by blocking the action of an enzyme called gastric proton pump, which is responsible for the production of acid.
