Atropine sulfate belongs to groups of medicines called mydriatics (medicines that widen the pupil) and cycloplegics (medicines used to relax the muscles which enable the eyes to focus). Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml reduces pain and allows the inflamed part of the eye to rest and recover by relaxing the eye muscles. Atropine relaxes the eye muscles, making the eye pupil appear larger. This makes it easier for an eye examination.

Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml reduces pain and allows the inflamed part of the eye to rest and recover by relaxing the eye muscles.
Do not stop using Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml without consulting your doctor. Continue using Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it. If the irritation persists or worsens, consult your doctor.
Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml might cause blurred vision, which might last for several hours.
Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml might discolour soft contact lenses. Therefore, do not wear contact lenses while using Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml. Remove contact lenses before using Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml and return them 15 minutes after using Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml.
Do not use other eye medications along with Loatro Eye Drop 5 ml unless prescribed by the doctor.
