Olvance-CT 40 Tablet is used to treat hypertension, where Olmesartan medoxomil works by relaxing the blood vessels. On the other hand, Chlorthalidone being diuretic works by increasing the amount of urine that is passed out from the kidneys and hence lowering the blood pressure.
