Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml contains prednisolone, a corticosteroid medicine. Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml works by inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling. Thus it effectively relieves eye irritation, redness, burning, and swelling caused by chemicals, radiation, heat, infection, allergies, or foreign substances in the eye. Besides this, it is sometimes used following eye surgery.

Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml can be used with other eye medications if prescribed by a doctor. However, maintain a 15-minute interval between Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml and other eye medicines.
Even if your symptoms improve, you must continue to use Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml for as long as it is suggested by your doctor. If you stop using this medication too soon, your symptoms may recur.
Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml might cause blurred vision temporarily immediately after using. So, do not drive or operate machinery immediately after using Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml; wait until your vision is clear to prevent any mishappening.
Do not wear contact lenses while using Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml. Remember to remove your contact lenses before using Predeye 1% w/v Ophthalmic Suspension 15 ml. It is advised to wear spectacles and avoid contact lenses until the inflammation has resolved.
