Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. Thereby, it provides a soothing effect and relieves irritation and dryness caused by decreased tear flow.

You are recommended to use Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml after 15 minutes of using other eye medications only if advised by your doctor. Therefore, inform your doctor if you are using any other medicines before using Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml

Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml may cause temporary blurred vision immediately after applying. Therefore, you are recommended to wait until your vision is clear before driving or operating machinery.

You are recommended to avoid wearing contact lenses while using Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml as it may cause eye irritation. Therefore, you are advised to remove contact lenses before applying Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml and reinsert after 15 minutes of using Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml. Also, inform your doctor if you experience pain, stinging or abnormal sensation in the eye after using Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml.

You are recommended to discuss with your doctor before using eye drops containing steroids with Restasis Ophthalmic Emulsion 30x0.4 ml as there is a risk of side effects if used both medicines simultaneously.
