Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab Substitute

Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab contains Acebrophylline, Desloratadine and Montelukast. Acebrophylline relaxes muscles and widens the airways of the lungs. Additionally, it also acts as a mucolytic (cough/sputum thinner) agent and helps in thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe and nose. Thereby, helps to cough out easily and makes breathing easier by opening airways. Desloratadine is an anti-allergic drug that helps to provide relief from allergy symptoms such as sneezing, running nose, watery eyes, itching, swelling, and congestion or stiffness. Montelukast reduces inflammation, mucus production and narrowing in the airways.

Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab should be used with caution in patients suffering from fits as it may worsen the condition. Therefore, inform your doctor if you have a history of fits before taking Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab so that the dose may be adjusted or an alternate medicine may be prescribed.

You are not recommended to take erythromycin with Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab as co-administration of these medicines may increase the risk of adverse effects of Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab . However, please consult a doctor before using other medicines with Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab .

You are recommended to avoid taking Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab if you are allergic to acebrophylline, ambroxol, theophylline or suffering from irregular heartbeats, hemodynamic instability (unstable blood pressure), low blood pressure, liver or kidney disorders or had a heart attack. However, inform your doctor if you have any of these conditions before taking Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab .

You are not recommended to smoke while taking Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab as it may reduce the effectiveness of Rezulung-D 200/10/5 Tab .
