Roxeptin-Kid Tablet contains 'Roxithromycin' that works by interfering with the protein synthesis of the bacteria, which is necessary for their survival. Thus, it helps in treating bacterial infections. Roxeptin-Kid Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that is active against most gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.
