Seretide 50 mcg/100 mcg Accuhaler consists of Salmeterol (bronchodilator) and Fluticasone (Fluticasone). Salmeterol relaxes the muscles in the airways and increases airflow to the lungs. Fluticasone acts by blocking prostaglandins' production (chemical messengers) that cause inflammation (swelling) of the airways.

Take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.
