Simcon Tablet Substitute

Simcon Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called antiflatulents, used to treat intestinal gas. Simcon Tablet is a combination of two drugs: Simethicone/activated charcoal (anti-flatulent). Simethicone works by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also prevents the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract. Activated Charcoal helps to reduce the volume of intestinal gas and can also adsorb harmful/unwanted substances present in the gastrointestinal tract.
