Do not use Aceclean Ear Wax Drop if you notice any swelling, discharge from the ears, or tinnitus (ringing sounds in the ears), as it may indicate ear inflammation. While instilling the ear drops, do not push the dropper into the ear. Aceclean Ear Wax Drop is not recommended for use in children below one year of age. Before taking Aceclean Ear Wax Drop, inform your doctor if you have hearing problems (including deafness), intestinal problems (including blockage, swelling, ulcers), kidney problems, myasthenia gravis (neuromuscular disease), and Parkinson's disease. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Aceclean Ear Wax Drop belongs to the class of medications called ‘Otic agents’ used to soften the impacted earwax. Earwax build-up occurs due to an ear infection, inflammation, injury, or other conditions such as bone deformations in the ear, skin diseases such as eczema (skin inflammation), or narrowed ear canals.
Aceclean Ear Wax Drop contains Paradichlorobenzene, Benzocaine, Chlorbutol, and Turpentine oil. Paradichlorobenzene acts as a hydrating agent. It softens the ear wax by reducing its thickness. Aceclean Ear Wax Drop is for otic (ear) use only. The common side-effects of Aceclean Ear Wax Drop are difficulty sleeping, skin irritation, redness, and headache. These side-effects are usually mild and temporary that doesn’t require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.
Do not use Aceclean Ear Wax Drop if you are allergic to any of its contents; if you have inflamed ear canal, perforated eardrum, or eczema (skin inflammation) on the outer ear. It is not recommended for use in children below 1 year of age. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
