How does the disease interact with Apree 125 mg/80 mg Combipack Capsule:
The liver is primarily responsible for Apree 125 mg/80 mg Combipack Capsule metabolism. Apree 125 mg/80 mg Combipack Capsule was well tolerated in investigations of patients with mild to moderate hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh score 5 to 9), and no clinically significant changes in its pharmacokinetics were seen. As a result, there is no need to change the dosage of Apree 125 mg/80 mg Combipack Capsule in this patient population.
