Cinfax Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml belongs to a group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat bacterial eye and ear infections. An ear infection occurs when bacteria invade the middle or outer ear, causing pain and inflammation. Bacterial eye infection occurs when pathogenic bacteria enter any eye portion, including the eyeball, conjunctiva, and cornea.

Cinfax Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml contains Ciprofloxacin which has bactericidal activity. It works by suppressing the enzyme DNA gyrase, which is essential for bacterial DNA synthesis. As a result, Cinfax Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml inhibits bacterial development and treats bacterial eye/ear infections.

You are advised to use Cinfax Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you. Sometimes, you may experience certain common side effects, such as discomfort, irritation, and stinging sensation. As a result, Cinfax Eye/Ear Drops 5 ml inhibits bacterial development and thereby treats external ocular infection of the eye, chronic suppurative otitis media, external otitis, malignant otitis externa and perioperatively in chronic otitis media.

Directions for Use

Wash your hands before and after use. Use the dropper provided by the pack to instill the drops into the eye/ear. Do not touch the tip of the dropper to the eye/ear or surrounding areas as it may contaminate the solution.
