How does the drug interact with Clomiford 25 Tablet:
Co-administration of Clomiford 25 Tablet with Bexarotene may increase the risk of pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas.
How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Clomiford 25 Tablet can be taken with Bexarotene if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of pancreatitis such as persistent nausea, vomiting, abdominal tenderness, and upper abdominal pain, especially that which is made worse after eating or radiates to the back. Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
Co-administration of Clomiford 25 Tablet with Bexarotene may increase the risk of pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas.
How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Clomiford 25 Tablet can be taken with Bexarotene if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of pancreatitis such as persistent nausea, vomiting, abdominal tenderness, and upper abdominal pain, especially that which is made worse after eating or radiates to the back. Abnormal uterine bleeding: In patients who are not diagnosed with abnormal genital bleeding, Clomiford 25 Tablet is contraindicated. Evaluate the patients for the presence of neoplastic lesions.
How to manage the interaction:
The use of Clomiford 25 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with undiagnosed, abnormal genital bleeding.
Abnormal uterine bleeding: In patients who are not diagnosed with abnormal genital bleeding, Clomiford 25 Tablet is contraindicated. Evaluate the patients for the presence of neoplastic lesions.

Pituitary activity: Clomiford 25 Tablet is contraindicated for patients who have uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal dysfunction, or who have an organic intracranial lesion such as a pituitary tumour. Clomiford 25 Tablet interacts with oestrogen receptors in several tissues, including the pituitary, causing a rise in pituitary gonadotropin secretion.
How to manage the interaction:
Clomiford 25 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled thyroid, adrenal dysfunction or pituitary tumour.

Hyperlipidemia: Some patients who are on Clomiford 25 Tablet therapy have reported hypertriglyceridemia. Preexisting hyperlipidemia or a family history of hyperlipidemia, Higher doses of Clomiford 25 Tablet for a long period are related to an increased risk of hypertriglyceridemia. In this conditions, Monitor plasma triglycerides regular basis and also at base line before initiating the therapy with Clomiford 25 Tablet.
How to manage the interaction:
Hypertriglyceridemia may occur during Clomiford 25 Tablet therapy, especially in patients with a family history of hyperlipidemia and use of higher than the recommended dose and/or longer duration of treatment. Periodic monitoring of plasma triglycerides is recommended in patients with preexisting or family history of hyperlipidemia. Pretreatment screening of triglyceride levels is advised in patients initiating Clomiford 25 Tablet therapy.
