Closol-CZ Cream is a combination of three drugs, namely Clobetasol, Miconazole, and Zinc sulfate. Closol-CZ Cream is for topical (for skin use) application only. Avoid Closol-CZ Cream contact with eyes, nose, and mouth. Do not put a bandage or a dressing on the affected area while using Closol-CZ Cream unless advised by the doctor.

Closol-CZ Cream should be used with proper caution and doctor consultation if you have any active infections, history of liver, kidney diseases, glaucoma, cataract, poor blood circulation, immune system problems, diabetes, and adrenal gland diseases.

Closol-CZ Cream consists of Clobetasol, a corticosteroid that affects blood sugar levels. It is advised to consult your doctor before using Closol-CZ Cream and monitor your blood sugar levels regularly.

Closol-CZ Cream is not recommended for diaper rash since Clobetasol may be rapidly absorbed and can cause adrenal suppression, Cushing's syndrome (high cortisol levels), and intracranial hypertension (increased pressure around the brain) in infants. About Closol-CZ Cream

Closol-CZ Cream is a dermatological combination medication used to reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused due to certain fungal skin infections. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the skin tissue and causes infection. Fungal infections may be contagious (spread from one person to another).

Closol-CZ Cream contains Clobetasol (corticosteroid), Miconazole (antifungal), and Zinc sulfate (antiseptic and astringent). Clobetasol belongs to the class of corticosteroids that works by acting inside skin cells and inhibiting the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. When the skin reacts to any allergens, such chemicals are released normally. The fungal cell membranes are essential for their survival as they prevent the entry of unwanted substances into the cells and stop the leakage of cell contents.
