Drug-Drug Interaction: Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets may interact with a cholesterol-lowering agent (colestyramine), medicines used to control nausea (domperidone, metoclopramide), blood thinner (warfarin), beta-blockers (atenolol), antihypertensives (methyldopa) and ganglion blocking agent (trimetaphan camsylate).

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid foods rich in carbohydrates, and pectin including jellies, cabbage, brussels sprouts, and broccoli as Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets may interact with these foods. Also, avoid the intake of Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets with chocolate and caffeine-containing foods such as tea, coffee, colas, and some herbal supplements,  as they may increase the risk of severity of side effects. Avoid consumption of alcohol with Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets it may as it may increase the risk of liver damage and cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, and difficulty in concentrating.

Drug-Disease Interaction: If you have high blood pressure, myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), seizures (fits),  glaucoma, hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), enlarged prostate gland, kidney, liver, heart or urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Coldarin All In 1, 10 Tablets.
