About Colicure Tablet 10's

Colicure Tablet 10's is a combination drug primarily used in the treatment of spasmodic pain and discomfort due to biliary colic, intestinal colic, renal colic and spasmodic dysmenorrhea (painful irregular periods). It also helps alleviate the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Colic is the intensive and uncontrollable crying in the babies for a prolonged period for no certain reason. Dysmenorrhea (Abdominal cramps) is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with irregular periods. It occurs just before or during menses. Irritable bowel syndrome is an intestinal disorder that causes stomach pain, wind, constipation, and diarrhoea.

Colicure Tablet 10's is composed of two medicines: Dicyclomine (antispasmodic/anticholinergic agent) and Paracetamol (analgesic). Dicyclomine/Dicycloverine helps in blocking the activity of certain natural substances that are responsible to cause pain. Paracetamol has both analgesic (pain reducer) and antipyretic (fever reducer) properties, which also decreases inflammation.
