Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain. Neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain due to damaged sensory nerves. Symptoms include spontaneous, untriggered pain, unpleasant feeling, shooting, burning or stabbing pain, difficulty resting or sleeping and evoked pain (pain caused by events that are usually not painful). Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's may be used in the treatment of diabetic neuropathy, drug-induced neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, and trigeminal neuralgia.

Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's contains Gabapentin (anti-convulsant), methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), and alpha-lipoic acid (antioxidant). Gabapentin modulates calcium channel activity of the brain cells, thereby decreasing pain. Methylcobalamin helps rejuvenate and protect damaged nerve cells by producing a substance called myelin. Alpha-lipoic acid helps provide a protective effect on the nerve tissues and brain. Together, Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's helps provide relief from neuropathic pain caused due to nerve damage and other neurological disorders. 
 
Take Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's with or without food. Swallow Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's as a whole with a glass of water; do not chew, or break the tablet. You are advised to take Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, tiredness, nausea and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Consult your doctor before starting Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's may cause drowsiness and dizziness, so drive only if you are alert. Limited information is available regarding the usage of Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's in children; please consult a doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's as it could lead to increased dizziness and sleepiness. Do not take Cytogaba Plus 100 Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems or bipolar syndrome, nervous system disorders or are older than 65. Consult your doctor if you are on haemodialysis and experience muscle pain or weakness, persistent stomach pain, nausea or vomiting. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
