Duosave Respules 5 x 3 ml contains Ipratropium and Levosalbutamol. Duosave Respules 5 x 3 ml works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows to breathe easily and provides relief from the symptoms of COPD such as coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Your doctor will advise the dosage and duration of Duosave Respules 5 x 3 ml based on your medical condition. Headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, cough with mucous, sneezing, chest tightness, dizziness, nervousness, weariness, irregular heartbeats, and vomiting are the possible side effects. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking Duosave Respules 5 x 3 ml for a prolonged time as it may cause low potassium levels in the blood. • Fungal infections might occur in your mouth and throat, so it is advisable to gargle with warm water after each inhalation of Duosave Respules 5 x 3 ml.
