Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution is a combination of four drugs: Diclofenac sodium, Methyl salicylate, Menthol, and Alcohol. Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution is used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Diclofenac sodium and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make other chemical prostaglandins (PG). By blocking the effect of COX enzymes, lesser PGs are produced, which reduces mild to moderate pain and inflammation at the injured or damaged site. Alcohol and Menthol provide a cooling sensation by dilating the blood vessels, followed by an analgesic effect. It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution helps in providing relief from pain and inflammation.

About Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution

Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution is a combination medicine used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, strain, sprain, arthritis, and low back pain. Musculoskeletal pain could occur due to arthritis, osteoporosis, fractures, dislocations, problems with the bone structure, or injury to the bones, joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments. Osteoarthritis is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.
 
Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution is a combination of four drugs: Diclofenac Sodium, Menthol, Methyl salicylate, and Alcohol. Diclofenac sodium and Methyl salicylate work by blocking the effect of a chemical messenger known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that make another chemical prostaglandin (PG). In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as application site reactions like itching, irritation, redness, and burning sensation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
 
Consult a doctor before using Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid or limit exposure to natural or artificial sunlight as Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution may cause ultraviolet light-induced skin tumours. Do not take any other NSAIDs for pain relief along with Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution unless advised. Caution must be exercised when older children are being treated with Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution.

It also enhances the penetration of drugs. Together, Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution helps in providing relief from pain.

Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution is used to reduce and relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis. It is a joint disease in which the two ends of the joints come together due to the breakdown of a protective covering called cartilage.

Avoid concomitant use of Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution with other topical products such as cosmetics, sunscreens, lotions, moisturizers, insect repellent creams, and other gels.

Do not apply external heat or cover the treated skin with dressings after applying Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution. Avoid wearing clothes or gloves for at least 10minutes after applying Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution.

Do not apply Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution on wounds, skin injuries, irritated skin, skin abrasions, rashes, and infections.

Avoid or limit exposure to natural or artificial sunlight as Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution may cause ultraviolet light-induced skin tumors.

Please do not take any NSAID/painkiller medicines along with Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution as it could increase the risk of ulceration, perforation, and bleeding in the stomach and intestine. Inform your doctor before using Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution if you are taking any NSAIDs orally.

Avoid taking a bath or shower for at least 30minutes after applying Dynapar QPS Plus Topical Solution.
