Co-administration of Fertitrig 50 Tablet with Bexarotene may increase the risk of pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas.
How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Fertitrig 50 Tablet can be taken with Bexarotene if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms of pancreatitis such as persistent nausea, vomiting, abdominal tenderness, and upper abdominal pain, especially that which is made worse after eating or radiates to the back. Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
Co-administration of Fertitrig 50 Tablet with Bexarotene may increase the risk of pancreatitis, or inflammation of the pancreas.
How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Fertitrig 50 Tablet can be taken with Bexarotene if prescribed by the doctor. Abnormal uterine bleeding: In patients who are not diagnosed with abnormal genital bleeding, Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated. Evaluate the patients for the presence of neoplastic lesions.
How to manage the interaction:
The use of Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with undiagnosed, abnormal genital bleeding.
Abnormal uterine bleeding: In patients who are not diagnosed with abnormal genital bleeding, Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated. Evaluate the patients for the presence of neoplastic lesions.

The Fertitrig 50 Tablet is primarily metabolized in the liver and enters into enterohepatic circulation. Thus, there will be increase in serum concentration and half-life of Fertitrig 50 Tablet.
How to manage the interaction:
The use of Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with liver disease or history of hepatic dysfunction.
Hepatic dysfunction: Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated for patients who have liver failure or a past history of hepatic dysfunction. The Fertitrig 50 Tablet is primarily metabolized in the liver and enters into enterohepatic circulation. Thus, there will be increase in serum concentration and half-life of Fertitrig 50 Tablet.

Pituitary activity: Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated for patients who have uncontrolled thyroid or adrenal dysfunction, or who have an organic intracranial lesion such as a pituitary tumour. Fertitrig 50 Tablet interacts with oestrogen receptors in several tissues, including the pituitary, causing a rise in pituitary gonadotropin secretion.

Fertitrig 50 Tablet is contraindicated in patients with uncontrolled thyroid, adrenal dysfunction or pituitary tumour.

In this conditions, Monitor plasma triglycerides regular basis and also at base line before initiating the therapy with Fertitrig 50 Tablet.
How to manage the interaction:
Hypertriglyceridemia may occur during Fertitrig 50 Tablet therapy, especially in patients with a family history of hyperlipidemia and use of higher than the recommended dose and/or longer duration of treatment. Periodic monitoring of plasma triglycerides is recommended in patients with preexisting or family history of hyperlipidemia. Pretreatment screening of triglyceride levels is advised in patients initiating Fertitrig 50 Tablet therapy.
