Flatuna Oral Drop is an antiflatulent medicine primarily used to treat flatulence and indigestion in babies. In children, indigestion or stomach upset can be a symptom of milk intolerance or food allergy. Flatuna Oral Drop helps in treating these conditions, such as dyspepsia (indigestion) and flatulence (gas). Indigestion/dyspepsia can be defined as the inability to digest food that is associated with pain and discomfort in the stomach. Flatulence is the build-up of gas in the digestive system that can lead to abdominal discomfort

Flatuna Oral Drop is generally safe to be used in children. It rarely causes side effects such as nausea, diarrhoea and abdominal pain. These effects resolve over time. Do not give the child more than the prescribed dose of Flatuna Oral Drop. Flatuna Oral Drop can be given with or without food. Your paediatrician will decide the dose of the medicine.
