How does the drug interact with Folrich Tablet:
Coadministration of Folrich Tablet and Fluorouracil may increase the effects of Fluorouracil and increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia (lack of blood), infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Folrich Tablet and Fluorouracil, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.

Co-administration of Folrich Tablet with Capecitabine may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anemia, infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Folrich Tablet and Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. Alcohol can also worsen the side effects like drowsiness and stomach upset. Hence, please avoid alcohol while using Folrich Tablet .

Directions for Use

Folrich Tablet belongs to the class of 'vitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. It is used to treat and prevent vitamin B6 deficiency, folate deficiency, and vitamin B12 deficiency. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. It could lead to various health problems, including defective bone growth, skin disorders, digestive issues, and dementia (memory loss).

Folrich Tablet contains Folic acid, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, and Methylcobalamin. Folic acid helps in the formation of red blood cells and prevents DNA changes that may lead to cancer. Pyridoxine hydrochloride/vitamin B6 is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Methylcobalamin (Mecobalamin) regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

Your doctor will decide the dosage and duration based on your medical condition.
