Co-administration of Dolutegravir with Gembone Capsules can reduce the effectiveness of dolutegravir.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Gembone Capsules can be taken with dolutegravir if prescribed by the doctor. However, dolutegravir and Gembone Capsules should not be taken orally at the same time. Maintain a gap of 2-6 hours between both medicines. Do not discontinue using any medications without consulting a doctor.
How does the drug interact with Gembone Capsules:
Co-administration of Gembone Capsules may interfere with the absorption of Gefitinib and reduce its effectiveness.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is an interaction, Gembone Capsules can be taken with Gefitinib if prescribed by the doctor. However, Gefitinib and Gembone Capsules should not be taken orally at the same time. Coadministration of Gembone Capsules and Fluorouracil may increase the effects of Fluorouracil and increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anaemia (lack of blood), infections, and nerve damage.

Although there is a possible interaction between Gembone Capsules and Fluorouracil, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by your doctor. However, if you experience diarrhoea, paleness of skin, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body pains, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling in your hands and feet, contact your doctor.

Sulfadiazine may decrease the blood levels and effects of Gembone Capsules.

Before taking Gembone Capsules , inform your doctor if you are undergoing hemodialysis due to kidney problems and have a stent in the heart. Gembone Capsules may alter calcium levels, so, it is recommended to monitor calcium levels regularly in the blood and urine. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice fever, increase in thirst and urination, dehydration, bedwetting, constipation, and stomach pain, as they may a sign of very high levels of calcium in your blood.

It is used to treat anaemia, respiratory illnesses, brain, and spinal cord disorders, heart diseases, kidney diseases, skin problems, hormonal disorders, and immune system problems.

Gembone Capsules contains Methylcobalamin, Calcitriol, Calcium carbonate, Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), Boron, Folic acid, Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B12, protects the nerves from damage and promotes blood cell's production.
