Do not take Gemcal XT Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have hypercalcemia (high level of calcium in the blood), hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine), nephrocalcinosis (excess calcium deposition in the kidneys), nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), hypervitaminosis D (excess vitamin D), sarcoidosis, bowel disease, anaemia, malabsorption, low levels of potassium in blood, kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Gemcal XT Tablet should be given to children only if recommended by the doctor. Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines or herbal products before starting Gemcal XT Tablet .
