Glensore Oral Gel is a combination of two drugs: Choline salicylate and lidocaine. Choline salicylate blocks the chemical messengers that cause inflammation. Lidocaine blocks the pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby helps in decreasing the pain sensations.

Glensore Oral Gel should not be used for longer durations unless suggested by a doctor. If your condition does not improve despite using Glensore Oral Gel for 2 weeks, consult your doctor, he/she may prescribe you an alternate medicine.

Avoid eating foods that irritate mouth ulcers such as spicy, fried foods, and acidic fruits like grapefruit, pineapple, lemon or oranges. Include whole grains and alkaline foods in your diet.

Continue using Glensore Oral Gel for as long as your doctor has suggested it. Do not be reluctant to speak with your doctor if you experience any difficulty while using Glensore Oral Gel.

Avoid eating and drinking for 30-60minutes after using Glensore Oral Gel as it might impair your ability to swallow.

About Glensore Oral Gel

Glensore Oral Gel is a combination medicine primarily used to treat mouth ulcers. Mouth ulcers, also known as canker sores, are small, painful lesions that develop in the mouth or at the base of the gums. These can make you uncomfortable while eating, drinking, and talking.

Glensore Oral Gel contains Choline salicylate and lidocaine. Choline salicylate works by blocking the action of chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Lidocaine blocks the pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby helping decrease the pain sensations. 

Use Glensore Oral Gel as advised by the doctor. If Glensore Oral Gel comes in contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately. You are advised to use Glensore Oral Gel for as long as your doctor has suggested it for you, depending on your medical condition.

Choline salicylate works by blocking the effect of chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. Lidocaine blocks the pain signals from the nerves to the brain, thereby helps in decreasing the pain sensations. Together, Glensore Oral Gel helps in treating mouth ulcers.

Directions for Use

Clean and dry the affected area. Take a pea-sized amount onto your finger and apply it directly to the affected area.

Drug Warnings

Do not use Glensore Oral Gel if you are allergic to any of its contents. Consult your doctor before using Glensore Oral Gel if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use Glensore Oral Gel in more than suggested doses, or on a large area of skin for a longer duration.
