Govert Plus 20 mg/40 mg Tablet contains Cinnarizine (calcium antagonist) and Dimenhydrinate (antihistamine). Dimenhydrinate works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger known as histamine, thereby preventing problems with loss of balance.
