About Gynarich Injection
Gynarich Injection belongs to a group of medicines called gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues indicated in infertility treatment. Besides this, it can also used to treat endometriosis. Infertility is a condition in which a woman cannot become pregnant even after having carefully timed, unprotected sex for a year. Endometriosis is a painful disorder in which the tissue that generally lines the endometrium (inside the uterus) grows outside the uterus.
Gynarich Injection contains Buserelin, a synthetic version of the hormone that naturally occurs in the body. It works by stopping the production of natural hormones that control ovulation. Synthetic hormones are then used to stimulate ovulation artificially. Gynarich Injection helps relieve symptoms of endometriosis by reducing the production of female sex hormones by acting on the pituitary gland.
You are advised to use Gynarich Injection for as long as your doctor prescribes it, depending on your medical condition. Sometimes, Gynarich Injection may cause side effects like diarrhoea, constipation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and headache. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Avoid using Gynarich Injection if you are pregnant, think you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have abnormal menstrual bleeding. Consult your doctor immediately if you become pregnant while on treatment with Gynarich Injection. This medicine may cause dizziness, drowsiness or blurred eyesight; do not drive if you experience these symptoms. Inform your doctor about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.
Uses of Gynarich Injection
Medicinal Benefits
Gynarich Injection belongs to a group of medicines called gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues indicated in the treatment of infertility and endometriosis. Gynarich Injection contains Buserelin, a synthetic version of the hormone that naturally occurs in the body. It acts on the pituitary gland in the brain to stop the production of natural hormones that control the release of eggs from the ovaries. Other hormonal treatments are then used to stimulate ovulation artificially. Female hormones such as oestrogen may worsen problems like endometriosis. Gynarich Injection helps relieve symptoms of endometriosis by reducing the production of female sex hormones by acting on the pituitary gland.
