Do not take Haem UP Fast Tablet if you are allergic to Haem UP Fast Tablet , iron, folic acid, or any of the ingredients of Haem UP Fast Tablet . Tell your doctor about all the medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, and herbal products. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. Haem UP Fast Tablet  is generally given at least four weeks before pregnancy and is continued up to 3 months of pregnancy. Also, if giving Haem UP Fast Tablet  to a child, a child specialist's dose will be decided as an overdose of Haem UP Fast Tablet in children can lead to deadly poisoning.
