Co-administration of Haem UP Fast Tablet with Capecitabine may increase the risk of serious side effects such as bleeding problems, anemia, infections, and nerve damage.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction between Haem UP Fast Tablet and Capecitabine, you can use these medicines together if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience paleness of skin, diarrhea, severe nausea and vomiting, over-tiredness, dizziness, fainting, blood in the stools, unusual bleeding or bruising, fever, chills, body aches, flu-like symptoms, skin reactions, mouth ulcers or sores, and/or numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the hands and feet, contact a doctor. Do not take Haem UP Fast Tablet if you are allergic to Haem UP Fast Tablet , iron, folic acid, or any of the ingredients of Haem UP Fast Tablet . Tell your doctor about all the medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, and herbal products. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor. Haem UP Fast Tablet  is generally given at least four weeks before pregnancy and is continued up to 3 months of pregnancy. Also, if giving Haem UP Fast Tablet  to a child, a child specialist's dose will be decided as an overdose of Haem UP Fast Tablet in children can lead to deadly poisoning. If you have got any part of the stomach removed, please inform your doctor before taking Haem UP Fast Tablet .

Directions for Use

About Haem UP Fast Tablet

Haem UP Fast Tablet belongs to a class of medications called 'haematinics' primarily used to treat anaemia (deficiency of iron and haemoglobin). Its deficiency occurs mainly due to poor diet, poor absorption of food or increased folate use in the body (in pregnancy). Anaemia is a condition in which the body does not have enough red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen required to various body tissues. 

Haem UP Fast Tablet is a combination drug containing Iron and Folic acid (haematinics combination) primarily used to treat anaemia. Haem UP Fast Tablet works by boosting the production of red blood cells (RBC) in the body. As a result, an adequate number of RBCs are produced in the body, so that body's each tissue gets a sufficient supply of oxygen. 

Take Haem UP Fast Tablet as directed by your doctor. You may experience constipation, dry mouth, loss of appetite, bloating, and diarrhoea in some cases. Most of these side effects of Haem UP Fast Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
