Inext Respules 2.5 ml is a combination medication primarily used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) likes shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath due to damaged air sac) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation and narrowing of the lining of airways or bronchial tubes).

Inext Respules 2.5 ml is a combination of two bronchodilators, namely: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide. Inext Respules 2.5 ml belongs to the class of bronchodilators that works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it allows us to breathe easily.

Use Inext Respules 2.5 ml as prescribed. Your doctor will recommend how often you use Inext Respules 2.5 ml based on your medical condition. Some people may experience headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, pain, cough with mucus, sneezing, chest tightness, difficulty in breathing, dizziness, nervousness, tiredness, irregular heartbeats and vomiting. Most of these side effects of Inext Respules 2.5 ml do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are allergic to Inext Respules 2.5 ml or any other medicines, pregnant or breastfeeding, or experience severe difficulty in breathing, please consult a doctor immediately. Do not use Inext Respules 2.5 ml in more than the prescribed doses as it may lead to severe heart or lung problems. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is recommended while taking a prolonged intake of Inext Respules 2.5 ml may cause low potassium levels in the blood. If you have high blood pressure, diabetes fits, enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Inext Respules 2.5 ml. Please do not use or store Inext Respules 2.5 ml near open flame or heat as it may burst the container.

Avoid contact of Inext Respules 2.5 ml with eyes, especially if you have glaucoma (damaged eye nerve due to increased eye pressure) as it may worsen the condition and cause eye irritation or blurred vision. A fungal infection might occur in your mouth and throat, so it is advisable to gargle with warm water after each inhalation of Inext Respules 2.5 ml.
