Medicinal Benefits Mweb

Medicinal Benefits

LacSoft C Gel contains Clobetasol propionate and Lactic acid used to treat eczema and psoriasis. Clobetasol propionate is a corticosteroid that acts inside skin cells and inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching and swelling. When the skin reacts to any allergens, such chemicals are released normally. Lactic acid is a keratolytic agent that breaks down a protein known as keratin (that forms part of skin structure) and removes dead skin cells and softens skin. Also, it enhances Clobetasol propionate absorption into the skin.

About LacSoft C Gel

LacSoft C Gel is a combination medication used to reduce swelling, itching, redness, and dead skin cells caused due to certain skin problems such as psoriasis and eczema.
