However, if you experience sudden and severe headaches, blurred vision, confusion, seizures, chest pain, nausea or vomiting, sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body), speech difficulties, fever, sweating, lightheadedness, and/or fainting, contact your doctor immediately. You may use Mdet SR 20 Tablet only after you have been off isocarboxazid for at least 14 days. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.

However, if you have any symptoms like Temporary confusion, jerking movements, Loss of consciousness, stiffening of the body, or Loss of bowel or bladder control, contact a doctor. Avoid doing tasks which require mental awareness, such as operating dangerous machinery or driving. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
