Cleanse the wound with a suitable cleaner.
Apply a layer of Meganano gel to shallow wounds or entirely fill deep wounds.
Cover the gel with an appropriate secondary dressing like gauze, hydrocolloid foam, or film based on wound drainage.
Typically, change the dressing every 24 hours. But for less exudative wounds, less frequent changes (every 48-72 hrs) may be allowed as per the treating doctor's discretion. Ensure to cleanse and debride before application.
