Neuropathic pain is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain due to damaged sensory nerves. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food.

Mego-XL Capsule 15's is a combination of four drugs: Alpha-lipoic acid (anti-oxidant), folic acid (vitamin), methylcobalamin and pyridoxine (vitamin B6).
