For individuals who have encephalopathy brought on by hepatic failure, the use of Mucosys 20% Solution 5 ml should be stopped in order to prevent further nitrogenous material ingestion.
How to manage the interaction:
Mucosys 20% Solution 5 ml should be discontinued in patients with encephalopathy (permanent or temporary brain damage) due to liver failure.
