About Myopin Pead Eye Drops 5 ml

Atropine sulfate belongs to a class of medications known as mydriatics (drugs that dilate the pupil) and cycloplegics (drugs that relax the muscles that allow the eyes to concentrate). It treats eye inflammation (uveitis or iritis) and helps as a diagnostic tool for particular eye tests. It is also used to diagnose visual issues in children under six, such as blurred vision (refraction) and cross-eyed or squinting (convergent strabismus).

Myopin Pead Eye Drops 5 ml contains 'atropine', which relaxes the muscles in the eye, thereby making the pupil of the eye appear larger. This makes it easier for an eye examination. Myopin Pead Eye Drops 5 ml reduces pain and allows the inflamed part of the eye to rest and recover by relaxing the eye muscles.

Myopin Pead Eye Drops 5 ml is only for ophthalmic use (eyes). You are advised to use Myopin Pead Eye Drops 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it based on your medical condition. In some cases, it may cause side effects like photosensitivity, eye pain, visual disturbance and mild stinging sensation in the eye. However, if these side effects persist or worsen your child's condition, inform your doctor immediately.
