MYVEZ 2K TABLET belongs to the class of 'multivitamins', primarily used to treat nutritional deficiencies. Nutritional deficiency occurs when the body is unable to absorb or get enough nutrients from food. MYVEZ 2K TABLET is a combination of L Methylfolate, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, Mecobalamin, and Vitamin D3. L Methylfolate helps produce new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate/Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism and the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters. Mecobalamin/Methylcobalamin/Vitamin B12 regulates body functions, such as cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis. Vitamin D3/Cholecalciferol helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and mineralization of bone.

Your doctor will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. Sometimes, MYVEZ 2K TABLET may cause common side effects like upset stomach, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. Talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

If you are a pregnant or breastfeeding mother, please consult your doctor before taking MYVEZ 2K TABLET. MYVEZ 2K TABLET should not be given to children unless advised by a doctor. It is advised to avoid or limit alcohol consumption since it may affect the absorption of MYVEZ 2K TABLET.

Brief your medical history to the doctor if you have any heart/kidney/liver diseases, hypervitaminosis D (high vitamin D levels), Vitamin D toxicity, and kidney stones before starting MYVEZ 2K TABLET. This supplement should be used during pregnancy only when advised by your doctor. Pyridoxine is excreted into breast milk. Hence, breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before taking MYVEZ 2K TABLET. Drinking alcohol may hinder MYVEZ 2K TABLET absorption; therefore, it is advised to limit the alcohol intake while using MYVEZ 2K TABLET.

• Clinical monitoring of vitamin D, B12, and B6 levels through blood examinations is recommended. 
• Let your doctor and the laboratory staff know if you are using MYVEZ 2K TABLET since Pyridoxine may interfere with laboratory tests like urine tests for urobilinogen. 
• Vitamin D3 may interfere with cholesterol tests and give false results.
