Nam Cold Tablet is a combination of respiratory medication used to treat common cold symptoms, such as sneezing, runny nose, nasal and sinus congestion, stuffy nose, or watery eyes. Pseudoephedrine belongs to the class of decongestant drugs. It works by reducing the swelling of blood vessels in your nose, this helps mucus and airflow more freely in the cavities in your nose (sinuses), helping you breathe more easily. Cetirizine is an antihistamine (anti-allergic) drug that reduces the effects of histamine, a chemical substance that causes allergies like runny nose and skin rash. Together, it relieves the common cold symptoms.

Take Nam Cold Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Nam Cold Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. You may experience nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dryness in the mouth, fatigue, insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), sleepiness, nervousness, dizziness, restlessness, headache, and increased liver enzymes.
