You are not recommended to take blood thinner medications such as warfarin while receiving Neoprofen Injection as it may increase the risk of bleeding more easily. Drug Warnings

If you become pregnant while receiving Neoprofen Injection therapy, inform your doctor. Alcohol should be avoided during treatment with this medicine.
