Nephroquin Capsule contains Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Streptococcus thermophilus. Nephroquin Capsule is used for uremic detoxification and to delay the progression of chronic kidney disease. Nephroquin Capsule helps in neutralizing the uremic toxins such as creatinine, urea, etc, and reduces decomposing bacteria in the colon by lowering the pH of the urine. Nephroquin Capsule also increases the toxin excretion by increasing the permeability of the colon. Thereby Nephroquin Capsule helps in the detoxification of urine and delays the progression of chronic kidney disease. Also, Nephroquin Capsule is useful for patients who cannot afford renal replacement therapy (RRT) and for patients undergoing dialysis, resistant to invasive RRT.

Take Nephroquin Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Nephroquin Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience fever, nausea, soft stools, bloating, flatulence (gas) or stomach cramps. Most of these side effects of Nephroquin Capsule do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
