About Nimulid Transgel
Nimulid Transgel belongs to the group of medicines called NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, sprain, contusion, and soft tissue rheumatic disorders.
Nimulid Transgel contains Nimesulide which works by inhibiting the effect of chemical messengers known as cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby blocking the effect of prostaglandins which cause pain and inflammation. Thus, Nimulid Transgel helps in reducing pain and inflammation.
In some cases, you may experience side effects such as application site reactions like itching and skin redness. Please consult your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.
Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Nimulid Transgel is not recommended for children below 12 years. Do not apply Nimulid Transgel on infected, injured, or irritated skin.
