Do not take Nitra Mint Gel if you are allergic to its ingredients, Sodium monofluoro phosphate or Potassium nitrate, have or ever had kidney problems, bone or joint problems, or ulcers. Please inform your doctor before taking Nitra Mint Gel. Use Nitra Mint Gel within 6 months after opening the cream. Teeth cavities should not be left untreated as it may lead to serious complications like weight loss, nutrition imbalance, even in children who have milk teeth. Nitra Mint Gel should be used instead of regular toothpaste on a soft toothbrush and brush for at least 1 minute. After brushing, spit out the medication; do not swallow it. Nitra Mint Gel may lead to allergic reactions like rashes, swelling, itching, in some cases. If you experience any allergic reactions, please consult your doctor immediately. Nitra Mint Gel should be taken with caution if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use Nitra Mint Gel for than 3 times a day. High fluoride content in your drinking water may discolor your teeth, so let your dentist or doctor know if you have discolored, stained, or mottled teeth.

If you drink bottled water, you might miss out on the fluoride present in tap water.
