Ormalin 30mg Tablet contains 'Ormeloxifene', a non-steroidal and non-hormonal oral contraceptive. It works by preventing the implantation of an egg on the wall of the uterus. Hence, it prevents unplanned pregnancies.

Ormalin 30mg Tablet does not affect fertility. Use contraception during sexual intercourse as it may lead to unwanted pregnancy if you are not planning it.

It is a common side effect of Ormalin 30mg Tablet to get delayed or lighter period. If periods are delayed by 15 days, please do a pregnancy test. Lighter periods are not harmful as you may lose less haemoglobin every month and fewer iron stores in your body. Thus, you have a very slight chance of suffering from anaemia.

Ormalin 30mg Tablet contains medicine known as 'contraceptive', used to prevent unintended pregnancy. It is a non-hormonal and non-steroidal contraceptive with very few side effects. Unintended pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurred either unwanted when no children or no more children were desired. Also, pregnancy is mistimed, such as the pregnancy occurring earlier than desired.
